Dr. Rubal hails from Florida, where she attended Pine View School for the Gifted. She was selected as one of 20 people nationwide for the prestigious 6-year Honors Program in Medicine at the University of Miami, where she completed both her undergraduate and medical studies in 6 years. While there, she was awarded membership into Iron Arrow, the highest honor at the University. Afterwards, she chose to move to University of Southern California for a robust training experience at Los Angeles County Hospital in Obstetrics & Gynecology. She decided to continue there for her 3-year Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility fellowship. Dr. Rubal has been widely recognized for her teaching, having received the Daniel R. Mishell Teaching Award 4 years straight, the USC Keck School of Medicine Faculty Teaching Award selected from amongst all specialties, the Bayer Health Care Pharmaceuticals Best Teaching Resident, and the Leadership Award from her peers. She was chosen to be the Administrative Chief Resident and headed both the American College of OBGYN Junior Fellows Section as well as the USC Former Residents of OBGYN organizations. Dr. Rubal research interests at USC included vitamin D’s impact on reproductive parameters as well as ectopic pregnancy prediction markers. After graduation, Dr. Rubal moved to Orange County to become a Partner Physician at Kaiser Permanente, where she practiced full scope REI for 7 years, before deciding to leave to pursue her passion for integrative fertility. She has been recognized as a Southern California Super Doctor for 3 years and a Top Doc of Pasadena for 4 years, and has been an invited speaker at multiple conferences as well as an author of several book chapters. She is excited to partner with her patients to achieve their longed for goals with a holistic lens and within a boutique practice.
